SOLOMON KPANDEI
Solomon Kpandei is a Management Consultant with over 10 years working experience in Business Development and Human Resource Management, having occupied management positions in these areas in different organizations. As an associate consultant with Espera Global Corporation, he was involved in corporate restructuring projects bothering on strategy formulation/implementation and institutional development for a number of organizations in both financial and telecommunication sectors. His educational background is in sociology, and human resource management at first degree and postgraduate levels. He belongs to two professional associations: Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). His passion is to help organizations improve their corporate performance by moving beyond threshold competencies, to developing and utilizing unique competencies.
Abdullahi, Saidu Abdullahi, Saidu is an experienced Process Professional, Business Analyst, IT Manager, Project Manager and General Manager adept at taking projects from conception to completion while entrenching continuous improvement practices for the business processes they create. Saidu has worked with several established, well recognized companies in and out of Nigeria. His resume includes working with Shell, British American Tobacco, Resourcery Plc. and Virgin Nigeria. At these companies he has also filled several roles, including Business Analyst, CRM/ERP Project Manager, Research Analyst and IT Director. Emmanuel Madubuike, ACA An experienced banker and management consultant, he holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geography, from the University of Nigeria; a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Esut Business School, and is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Mayowa Edward Fadahunsi Head, general operations, is a computer analyst/engineer. A B.Sc degree holder in computer science with at least 10 years IT experience has an extensive experience deploying VSAT solutions for companies, cybercafés, ISPs and other content providers in the Ku-band and C-band series. He is a PanAMSat registered field engineer and has attended various seminars and technical training with many solution providers. He has attended several trainings in Software Development techniques. He has also directed several software projects from analysis to deployment.

A graduate of Pharmacy from the University of Ife, Osun State he received additional Postgraduate education in Management and Business from Columbia University, New York, USA and the Lagos Business School (Pan African University) Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of many distinguished professional bodies, the key ones being Fellow of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (Fpsn), Fellow of the west African post graduate College of Pharmacists (Fpc pharm.), Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Fnim), Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN) and honorary Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (FNIPR).He is the current Chairman of the Board of Fellows of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.
Engr. Charles Aladewolu a Director at Spns Consulting is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and MBA from Warwick University U.K.
Debo Adebayo, a Certified Process Professional(International Process & Performance Management Institute) and Member Business Process Management Institute (USA) is also an Accountant by training and a seasoned management consultant with years of experience in business Process Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy Development, Human Resources Management and Business Advisory Services for start-up, small, medium scale and evolving businesses. He is a business coach that believes that one must continue learning so as to be relevant. Based on this, Debo is always undergoing developmental trainings from time to time.
Nnamdi Nwokoye Micheal, a seasoned and experienced Accountant, graduated with a BSc. Hons in Accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1989. He went on to obtain a Masters degree in Economics from Enugu State University of Science & Technology and an SMP in Lagos Business School in 2006 and 2008 respectively. He has also obtained a degree of professional certificates including Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, Human Resource Development and Continuous Process Improvement to mention a few. Nnamdi Nwokoye is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
